Multiple Projects – Princeton, NJ
James Corner Field Operations
Pine and Swallow is currently working with James Corner Field Operations on the design of multiple projects for Princeton University including a new residential campus, the new Lake Campus, a new home for the Environmental Studies and School of Engineering and Applied Sciences campus, Dillon Gym, renovation and expansion of the Art Museum, and a few others. Several of these projects are pursuing LEED certification through incorporation of green strategies into the design. Pine and Swallow provided soil design for a variety of planting conditions, including significant rooftop areas requiring lightweight design. P&S also designed biotreatment planting bed soils for capturing storm water from new hardscape and rooftop areas. In addition, P&S has a direct contract with the University for Soil Science work on various campus issues including development of new sustainable soil initiatives. |
