Botanical Gardens at One Beverly Hills

Beverly Hills, CA

This project will be built on approximately 10 acres of space almost entirely over-structure adjacent to the Beverly Hilton Hotel, and between Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards. Five acres of the proposed site will be a public botanical garden, while the rest will be reserved for residents of two new high-rise towers. A new 7-Star hotel and conference center is also proposed for the site. Sustainability and incorporation of green technologies are at the forefront of this project. Stormwater and grey water will be captured and treated for reuse as part of the irrigation design. Pine & Swallow is designing soil blends for exterior and interior plantings, including lightweight soils and consulting on drainage strategies to meet the needs of the diverse plant palette. Pine & Swallow will provide construction phase support.
